He was 10 yrs. when he presented to us.

He had a proclination of upper front teeth and inability to close the lips. He used to complain of upper teeth jutting forward while smiling.

On examination he presented with C II malocclusion with upper proclination and mandibular retrognathism, and convex profile.

Since he was a growing patient, growth modulation was under taken and a 2 stage treatment followed.

In the 1st stage a twin block appliance was delivered which corrected the skeletal discrepancy

Later on fixed orthodontics was carried out in tandem with Fixed Appliance, simultaneously correcting dental and skeletal malrelationship.

At the end of the treatment he presented with a very pleasing facial appearance, and a straight profile, indicating correction of the small lower jaw.
