He was 12 yrs when he first came to us.

He was suffering from cleft palate which meant there was abnormality of roof of the mouth. There was also missing lateral incisors in the region of bilateral cleft

Because of this, his upper jaw was to fully collapsed and contracted. The lower teeth were in front of the upper teeth and he had a mid face deficiency

His treatment included expanding his upper jaw and correction of the contracted arches.

Along with that, fixed orthodontics was carried out to correct his teeth.

Once that was accomplished, a prosthesis was fabricated to correct his speech and nasal twang, and also to enhance his over all appearance and present a pleasing smile.
